He uses the trailer each year for 6-8 weeks while working in FL and as a result keeps it in working order.

As of June 2024 - Toilet has never been used as he always stays in RV parks with full facilities. As a result he has yet to hook up all of the plumbing and the front window now needs replaced due to getting hit by a rock on his most recent trip to FL. Both will be taken care before being sold.
