13' Scamp Deluxe. Bathroom with shower, bed converts to table with benches , fridge, stove, kitchen sink. Lots of storage space. Brand new jack, did some recent work on water heater. Comes fully winterized. I'm the second owner but I have never used it. Runs on 12V and 20V, gas. Like new.

The grey tank is 21 gallons and the black tank is 9 gallons, also has a fresh water tank. The exterior includes a city water hookup, GFI outlet, spare tire with wheel cover, battery, propane tank with gauge, porch light and front jack light, mounted leveling rear jacks, and electric brakes.
