Coach has upgraded flooring and new wallpaper throughout the coach, with a new backsplash installed in the kitchen.

The coach is clean inside and shows well; the coach did have a leak in the roof, but it was repaired.

The outside coach has some fading and some scratches, and it shows its age.

I am told the Generator cranks but will not fire only has 109 hours.
