Factory upgrades: awning, outside shower, fresh water tank upgrade, LED interior bulbs, deep cycle AGM battery, electric tongue Jack, friction ant-sway control, leveling blocks, surge protector, water filter, high lift suspension package. No furnace but has heat strip with AC. Small space heater conveys.
