The unit can be powered with electric or propane, through a generator, which has recently been serviced. All lights have been replaced with LED bulbs.

The keyless entry doesn't work because the batteries were left in and corroded the area.

There is minor, cosmetic damage to the rear of the body of the unit where it made contact with a fire hydrant, but it doesn't impact functionality.
