The batteries are just two years old.

It has been serviced regularly personally by the seller who has had the rig for approximately 7 years.

The rig has spent every winter in Florida per the seller.

It has a ding on the back which was caused by a roving fire hydrant that snuck up behind them. It also has a small dent in the driver's side rear basement storage door. It also has small scratches on the paint here and there.

The interior has some normal wear and tear evident on the cabinetry from moderate use.

The ultra leather on the front seats is worn, which is common on these units.

The unit had a lightning strike and the inverter, transfer switch, and refrigerator motherboard were replaced.
