The sellers are in the process of cleaning, making repairs, and preparing her for photos and sale. It does need some TLC as it has been parked as living quarters for three years.

The tires are from 2015, based on the one date code I could see. A pretty routine issue is some clearcoat peeling on the front right and front cap of the fifth wheel.

There is a very minor area of delamination on the front, and entry side of the unit. There is no evidence of a leak or earlier damage anywhere on the unit.

The carpet shows some wear, as you would expect. The sellers replaced, and screen on the front door and are making other minor repairs. It should show nicely once completed.

It is not listed as non-smoking. I am sensitive to smoke and did not pick up on smoke or pet smells. Ask for John Coomer.
