The roof appears intact and there are no visible signs of leakage.

Overall, the exterior needs a good wash. Especially the rear exterior, as it has some residue from the tree above. Some decals have faded.

Some of the photos in the listing show the previous awning fabric (weathered and torn). Please note that a new awning was installed in July 2024 (see photo).

Slide seals are weathered and need replacement.

Wallpaper above the bed area is peeling off.

Bathroom fan works, but the vent cover will not open (motorized).
