The big slide-out trey can be operated with minimal effort. The seller will be power washing this rig, but there were no notable issues outside of that. There was no noticeable delamination of the fiberglass skin. There is some rust on the water heater access door, but that door can easily be replaced.

Inside there were no noticeable leaks or musty smells.
