The bathroom counter needs some attention.

According to the seller, everything is functioning properly on the RV.

It is recommended that the roof be resealed for maintenance and the vent hood for the air conditioning needs to be replaced. All other vent covers have been replaced.

The exterior is in good condition for its age because the previous owner had it garaged, and it is stored under cover now.
