2015 Class A Jayco Precept Series M-31UL Ford with 15,000 miles.
Interior in great condition, it does show some wear but minimal! The owner has kept all records of maintenance done to the upkeep of this MH.

Built on the Ford chassis and powered by the Ford V10 Triton 6.8L gas engine - with 362 hp - you have plenty of power to tackle mountains and the highways of this wonderful country.

The Kitchen (galley) is fully equipped with a microwave/convection oven over a hood fan/vent and a 3-burner gas stove top with a metal cooktop cover.... (read more) The solid-surface countertop is in an L-shaped configuration with a pull-out counter to add additional countertop space, a double kitchen sink with matching covers, and cabinet space below. The four-door refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker provides plenty of room for all your drinks and food items. The wood flooring in the living space adds warmth and beautiful wood tones throughout the unit.

Down the hall from the galley is the split bathroom with the shower (with overhead skylight) on the passenger side of the unit and the bathroom sink and toilet on the driver's side of the RV. The bathroom door, when opened, becomes a privacy door to the living area, and there is a privacy screen to the bedroom as well - creating a full-width bathroom area.

The master bedroom has a pedestal Tempur-pedic queen bed with storage space below, cabinetry above and on both sides of the bed, a lovely mirrored wardrobe closet and dresser drawers, and a bracket-mounted TV with storage space behind it. The bedroom area is carpeted.

Outside is the large 16' patio awning that covers the area from the dinette slide-out to the rear of the RV. The outside entertainment center has a TV, stereo, and speakers making this RV great for tailgating or family movie night under the stars!

The auto-leveling system makes setup and breakdown quick and easy, and all of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible. There are ample exterior storage spaces for all of your camping gear.
