The seller reports this RV is clean and shows little/normal wear compared to its model age. The seller also reports the RV's electrical and mechanical aspects to function as intended.

Seller reports there is a large scratch on the main slide out. Also, there is a stain on the carpet area near the side entrance door, but no water leaks or damage.

Seller reports the engine and generator have been serviced in June 2022. Tires are less than 2 years old.
