(read more) The sofa pulls easily out from the wall and creates a full-size bed with an additional after-market mattress made for this space which the seller says is one of the better features of the Minnie. Continuing on the driver side of the coach, you have a U-shape conversion dinette with three seatbelts for passenger safety and a similar custom mattress pad that lay upon the cushions from the manufacturer, creating a queen-size mattress space. The dinette faces the well-appointed kitchen with a full-size refrigerator freezer, double sinks, plenty of counter space, and storage cabinets. A three-burner stove with an over-the-range microwave and light and vented exhaust fan. The front bedroom features a queen size bed with a new mattress, a large closet space, and under-the-bed storage. The rear storage is a great feature, as shown with the large access door rear and entry side with plenty of space to store your bike. Always stored inside or covered with a full coach canvas

Front tires were replaced with Hankook Radials before the sale to the current owner in 2022. Four rear axle Michelin are original with good tread.

The roof is in very good condition.

All batteries are approximately one year old.

No signs of age in the exterior paint.
