Upholstery is peeling and needs attention. The cab seats have extensive peeling, and the recliner has slight peeling on the arm edge.

The seller reports that the large living area slide works fine but needs a replacement gear assembly. Slide toppers are worn.

The generator and air conditioners worked fine during the photoshoot. The dash AC is not working.

The roof appears intact, with no visible signs of leaks.

The exterior rear right bottom edge has some fiberglass damage (see the last photos in the roll).

Tires have plenty of tread with mixed date codes of 2018 and 2019. Ask for Jim Munnell.
