A patch on the front cap caused damage in the front room. The left side window in the front room has been removed, and a window AC was installed. The front room also needs mattresses or a redesign to become an office.

The kitchen is missing the microwave as well as the refrigerator. These will need to be replaced to complete the kitchen.

The RV Cabinets were painted white.

The main A/C is not working. The seller does not know why.

There is a fender on the left side that appears to be missing.
