It includes a low-rise 4-step aluminum/steel hybrid entry step and a huge lighted awning. The underside looks clean with little road damage.

New batteries were installed on 5/2022. The tires are original. New self-leveling legs will be installed under warranty in Spring 2022. The vehicle is always stored undercover when not in use. The seller notes that some LEDs are missing in the nose cap lighting accents.

The interior is in great condition. The carpet is clean and free of wear patterns, stains, or odors.
