It's been parked under a roof, but is now at their home in the yard. There is some clear coat peeling above the windshield.

The owner has enjoyed it and recently completed a trip around the USA and is now downsizing; so excited someone else will have as much fun as they have had.

The roof was just resealed February 2024.
There is some slight water damage to the ceiling in the forward passenger side corner of the rear bedroom and bathroom ceiling rear corner.
A couple tiles in the bathroom need reglued down.
The slide awnings are showing some age.
