The seller says they have used the RV for weekend accommodations at a full-time RV park during each fall, and in the winter-summer, the coach is kept indoors at the seller's storage building.

There are a few minor scratches on a couple of exterior compartment doors, but the overall clearcoat/paint on the coach is clean.
