The exterior finish is in great shape without fading, oxidation, cracks, or leaks.

All upholstery appears to be in great shape with no tears or apparent wear. The blinds were replaced with curtains made by the sellers.

The tires are the originals with date codes from late 2017. The roof looks to be in great shape with a few small cracks in the Dicor ... easy maintenance.

After their last long trip, the sellers had the suspension inspected and, as a result, installed new springs and realigned the axles.

There are a few cosmetic scratches, as shown in the photos. The reflective panel on the front cap is discolored. One spot on the vinyl floor by the kitchen island was torn and repaired. There is one spot near the electrical panel that is dinged...scratched. Ask for John Coomer.
