There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor.

As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. We photographed each area we noticed as seen in the photos.

There is one area where a portion of the wood lattice inset on a cabinet door is damaged. Again, please refer to the photos of this area.

The RV was used in a highly managed rental fleet and received excellent maintenance. It is believed that all mechanical and electrical components operate properly.

Other than described above, there are no known issues and no known needed repairs to any features or accessories.
