There may have been a stovetop cover, but it is no longer there.

The smoke detector battery needs to be replaced.

The awning is in working order.

This unit is currently winterized per the seller.

The gas stove needs wiping/degreasing.

Screw missing at door frame trim - easy fix.

Damage to the passenger side exterior clearance lamp needs replacing.

A couple of the ceiling lights in the bedroom are not working properly. (one doesn't come on, and the other blinks).

A couple of the ceiling vents need a little TLC.

Noticed a soft spot in the floor on the floor between the shower and the bathroom. Ask for Sandra House.
