The subfloor under the kitchen slideout has some rot on the ends that the seller believes is from condensation and says should be easy to replace.

The seller states he has had the roof resealed since he has owned it, but it appears as though it's about time for it to be done again as part of normal RV maintenance. Ask for Shane Head.
