The tires have date codes from 2017, so they are original equipment but still look in good shape, and the seller has tire covers to protect them.

Though they have lived in the unit full-time for the past year, there are no foul odors, and the rig is very clean. They are moving out, emptying the personal belongings, and storing the RV. They will also have it wholly detailed and sanitized. Ask for Shane Head.
