He could not demonstrate the drop-down screen as he did not have the correct remote control. It was too windy to operate the awnings safely, but the seller provided a photo of the unit with the awnings extended, which is in the photo gallery.

The tires appear to have little to no wear and were replaced in 2021. The coach and chassis batteries were replaced in the past two years. The seller replaced the original TPMS with a current TireMinder system.

The exterior appears to be in great condition with one small cosmetic scratch on the driver side. The paint is cracking in front as shown in the photos. It is not noticeable unless you are very close. This is shown in the photos.

There is some surface rust on the underbelly as shown in the photos.

The roof seals appear to be in good shape, with no observed cracking or evidence of leaks. Ask for John Coomer.
