The interior appeared in great shape with no observed upholstery issues other than a repair on the back of the passenger seat.

The tires are five years old and show cracking on the sidewalls as shown in the photos.

The roof appears to be in good condition but there is some cracking on the sealant around some vents and roof openings. There is no evidence of leaking.

The awning appears to be in good condition with no pinholes or observed tears. It does need cleaning. Ask for John Coomer.
