According to the seller, all features work except-

We removed the awning because it was such a wind hazard; however, we do have it if someone wants it. If it were reattached, the awning may need a new motor. The tires are nearly new with very low mileage on them, and they are all 14-ply instead of the normal 10-ply that many RVs have. I would call the roof in fair condition, but it does not leak. The slideouts work fine, and they are on rails, not cables.
One short piece of metal side panel is missing. A couple of interior lights and the external docking lights do not work. The cook stove exhaust fan is not working. The electric fireplace is not working (the propane furnace works fine---- this fireplace is more for decoration and not so much for heat). So, most of these items that don't work are mainly cosmetic and do not really affect the workings of the RV or affect living in it. We have the RV priced to take into account the items that do not work. This RV could be hooked on to right now and would go right down the road to any destination desired without making any repairs.
