The interior could use a good cleaning but is in fair condition. The upholstery is in good condition with no significant stains, rips, tears, or odors. Note that some trim and shelving in the bathroom vanity need to be repaired. The seller states that the water control box was missing some seals and produced drips; the correct seals have since been installed.

New battery in July 2024.

Note that an electrical outlet in the bedroom is not working, the toilet has a (repaired) crack (photos), the toilet foot pedal is not working, and the vanity has some loose trim (photos).

The exterior shows very well--the finish is uniform and shiny, with no dents, scratches, or divots. The underside shows no road damage.
