The flooring is in good shape, with the exception of some soft spots in the hallway near the bunk bed and the space between the king bed and the bedroom cabinets. This flooring area is where the slide overlaps when retracted.

The roof appears intact, with no visible signs of leakage.

Tires have lots of tread and 2020 manufacturer date codes.

Slide-outs were extracted and retracted with ease during the photoshoot.
