Has been well taken care of and has had several upgrades.

Both A/C's, batteries, and inverter were replaced three years ago.

The roof has been checked and is in good condition.

Maintenance is done regularly on the MH.

The tires will need to be replaced soon.

The only problem is that the water dispenser on the refrigerator does not work, but the ice maker does. Has not been able to get the part.

Also, one of the shades will not roll up. Otherwise, this Motorhome is in great shape. Ask for Jim & Colleen Maxwell.
