The generator started without issue and powered the coach. Both ran for over an hour during photos.

The tires are nearly new.

The exterior paint is severely peeling/faded in several areas.

The interior upholstery is free of peeling or tears.

The Corian countertop is cracked.

All major systems function properly per the seller. This includes the engine, generator, slide-outs, appliances, and A/C.

The power awning is broken. Needs new motor.

The basement A/C unit is NEW.

The seller reports a previous leak in the rear corner of the bedroom, which is now repaired. No other leaks were reported.

The sagging ceiling fabric is not due to a leak or leaks according to the seller. The ceiling is solid when pushed upon.
