The unit was used for full-time living and shows signs of minor wear and tear.

The exterior was clean and didn't show any signs of damage.

The pictures show a 12-15-inch crack that has been caulked and checked by an RV dealer. The seller reports this has been an area of issue for this manufacturer and model. The crack can also be slightly seen from the inside. Ask for Paul Herman.
