The exterior surfaces were dusty from storage, and a ding was noted on the curbside rear corner (see photos).

The interior flooring was updated, the sofa was replaced in 2024, the rear AC unit was replaced in 2024, and the cabinets looked great.

The dinette was removed and a table and chairs or desk can be added by the new owners.

The tires were replaced. The date codes found were 2022. Ask for Jim Kerpan.
