There are a few areas of minor damage on the exterior, all of which are photographed.

The electric awning opened properly but did not close completely.

The roof was clean and showed no signs of damage, but one of the plumbing vents is damaged; see photo.

The tires are original and do show signs of sidewall cracking.

The start battery is weak and will need to be replaced. Ask for Frank Andrew.
