The seller has maintenance records from the time he purchased it new.

The unit has the original chassis batteries that had no issues starting the RV. The seller upgraded the four 6-volt batteries that came with the unit. It has a single 300 Amp Hour Lithium LiFeBlue battery with a Bluetooth monitoring app.

The seller also upgraded the solar panels from one to four panels. He did not know the panel capacity but believed each panel would be at least 100 Watts.

The molded, single-piece roof appears to be in good condition with no evidence of leaks or lap sealant issues.

The seller added vent covers and replaced one of the AC covers.

The tires were replaced in 2021, and there is no evidence of cracking or wear.

The upgraded 8.0kW generator with auto start has 111 hours.

There is one scrape on the front passenger fender, about 2" square, as shown in the photos.

The passenger seat upholstery has an area of wear on the front left side. Ask for John Coomer.
