The 2007 Newmar Essex 4508 Motorhome with one and a half baths is in extremely great condition. It has been well maintained and stored inside. It has real leather furniture, a washer and dryer, tile floors with carpet in the bedroom, three AC units, and a residential refrigerator that are all in great condition!

Tires were replaced in 2019. Still have good tread on them. All batteries have been replaced as of 2022.

(Dec 2024) AC parts were to be ordered (condenser) that goes on the radiator. Will take 16 weeks. Seller is not going to repair it.
