Inside is clean and free from abuse or neglect. appliances and equipment are functioning as intended. Bathroom is clean and well kept. seats and couch have been either recovered or have a seat cover over vinyl material and bedding is in good shape, no rips or tears.
Known issues: cracked windshield, bent passenger side storage door(functioning), awning patched, missing two hubcaps, some areas of sin fading on exterior. slide awning is being repaired, repaired hole on roof due to tree branch issue, house stereo does not work Ask for Matt Smith.
