Some sun fade, however, could use a nice cleaning and buff/wax.

The tires look to be in newer shape, having been replaced in 2023.

The inside is clean and free from abuse or neglect.

The appliances and equipment are functioning as intended.

The bathroom is clean and well-kept. The seats and couch have been either recovered or have a seat cover over vinyl material, and the bedding is in good shape, with no rips or tears.

Known issues: cracked windshield, bent passenger side storage door(functioning), patched awning, missing two hubcaps, and some areas of fading on the exterior.

The slide awning is being repaired, the hole on the roof is due to a tree branch issue(merely cosmetic-no leaks and has never leaked) and the house stereo does not work.
