This fifth wheel has been used and has traveled. There is normal wear and tear in the carpet and a few areas on the upholstery, as shown in the photos.

The front awning shows wear at the top and likely will need replacing after one or two more seasons. The rear awning is in better shape but does have a few pinholes from the sun.

The roof photos show some lap sealant cracking and some small patches. There are no observed signs of leaks.

Two tires were replaced in 2023, and the other two in 2021. The two older tires show tread wear.
