The two theater recliners have cup holders, power recline/decline, heat, massage, and a USB port for convenience. The couch easily converts to a Queen Size double bed. The cabinets over the couch, chairs, TV and fireplace provide ample storage. Cleaning the living area is easy with the hidden central vacuum system.The master bedroom has a king size Serta Comfort King mattress, and the bed has electric tilt for comfortable TV watching or reading. There are large easily accessible storage drawers under the foot of the bed. The stackable washer and dryer are neatly tucked into the closet right next to the built-in clothes hamper. There is an outside 110 electrical outlet, and two electric awnings with lights. The unit has a 2 inch towing receiver with 4 pin wire harness connection. The Durango Gold tow package has a 3,000 lb. tow rating and 300 lb. hitch rating. The two front room/kitchen slides are hydraulic and are controlled from the house control panel, The two large front room/kitchen slides can be separately opened or closed using the hydraulic control located in the house battery compartment. The two bedroom slides are electric and are separately controlled from the house control panel.The unit is equipped with near new Hercules ST 235/80 R16 H 901 tires purchased in 2023. These are 14 ply tires with 4 steel belts on tread and 1 steel belt on sidewall (less than 5,000 miles on tires) making travel safer. The unit has an aftermarket tire pressure monitoring system as well as a Ford system backup camera and motion sensor.
