The seller has addressed all issues and reports that everything is in good working order except for the keypad.

The mileage shown on the odometer is not correct, but it has accurate mileage from the mechanic.

There are no odors or wear and tear items inside the coach. The vinyl flooring is new.

The coach's exterior is free from damage; however, there is some peeling of the gel coat on the passenger side, as pictured, due to sun exposure. Ask for Christina Maurais.
