The tankless water heater control unit is located on the wall to the right of the sink.The master bedroom doorway is just beyond the bathroom - and it features a large queen-size bed with storage below the bed and in the dresser on the wall at the foot of the bed. The large full-width wardrobe closet has sliding mirrored doors, there are separate clothes washer and dryer units in the closet. The unit features two roof-mounted AC units with ducted vents throughout the RV and a 35,000 BTU central heating system (propane-based) in addition to the 5,000 BTU electric fireplace.Outside, the two power patio awnings make this a great RV for tailgating activities - and the unit comes with a second large flat-screen TV (shown on the bed in the loft in the photos - that can be set up inside or outside).
