This 40KD appears to be in decent shape but will likely need some TLC before full-time use.

The full body paint appears to be in good shape, other than the typical diamond shield peeling up front. It appears that at some point, there was a leak above the forward driver side slide (see photos).

The vinyl flooring is new, and new blinds in the box seen near the entry door have not yet been installed. Ask for Guy Bridges.
