The roof is in good shape. Tire tread has low miles on them. The current owner painted the unit inside, the flooring was updated, and upholstery was replaced on the dinette and sofa bed. There are seat covers on the driver and passenger seats due to peeling, which is a known issue in this era of upholstery. Ask for Kevin and Susan Davis.
