Seller upgrades include a microwave (Jan 2025), slide-out toppers (end of 2023), and a new water pump.

They also increased the ACs to 15K BTU (end of 2024), replaced the chassis (starter) battery, and replaced all interior furniture including the driver and passenger seats.

The floors have no soft spots. There is a small bend on the driver's side slide out, but it does not affect the slide at all.

Some of the letters on the buttons on the interior have rubbed off a little, but what they control is still evident.

A small stress crack in the fiberglass exterior in front of the passenger side slide out.

The awning needs a tiny bit of adjusting to fit more flush, but it extends and retracts as it is designed to.

Although this unit is not pet free, she is a hypoallergenic malti-doodle. There is no evidence of a pet inside at all. Ask for Sandra House.
