The interior is clean and free from any stains, damage or excessive wear. Per the owner, all of the systems are working as expected.

The exterior is clean, and the compartments are clean. The paint shows signs of gel coat peeling that would be consistent with an RV of this age.

There are no signs of damage, excessive scratches, or wear and tear inconsistent with age. The motor for the entry awning is not currently working.
