The photo should be in .jpg format. Our system will resize your photo either up or down to fit in the pre-determined space. But, if you have access to a photo edit program such as Photoshop, Paint Shop, or maybe the software that comes with your digital camera, its best to resize the image(s) to at least 600 pixels wide. The resolution should be 72dpi, but higher is OK (just takes longer to upload).
